Color Testing
R. D. Laboratories, Inc. utilizes an Orbeco-Hellige Aqua Tester to determine solution color by means of comparison to fixed colors. This is sometimes used as visual quality control verification for both product acceptability and as an indicator of other potential deficiencies.
Other techniques such as Gardner tubes, visible spectrophotometry and client fixed color standards are commonly used at R. D. Laboratories.
