R. D. Laboratories, Inc. is a privately-held, independent contract laboratory specializing in pharmaceutical services. The company was founded in 1984 by its current President, Richard E. Ritz, who believed there was a demand for analytical testing which specialized in pharmaceutical analysis. He also maintained that this new venture must be built on three main pillars: accuracy, promptness and competitiveness. In 1995 customer demand grew to the point where R. D. Laboratories, Inc. expanded to a new, larger facility which is GMP compliant and staffed by knowledgeable, service-oriented employees.
